Shipments or deliveries may occur on weekends or holidays, depending on the courier's schedule and working hours. If the company or courier is experiencing a high volume of orders or deliveries, customers should expect further delays. Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we have sent your parcel out. If the order is shipped already, your cancellation request will be reviewed as the company has a right for the refusal of the cancellation.
